How to make the input type to html in Ui page

Hi, I want to make the form text area type to html in Ui page.

I followed the post is community showing using glide.ui.html.editor.v4.toolbar.line1 this property and using 

TinyMCE both are not working. Can Anyone suggest making input type as html in Ui page.
