how to make the mega menu align with the center content

I wanted to make my mega menu to be align with the middle content.

You would be looking to modify the Employee Center Navigation widget (ID = employee-center-navigation, sys_id=045301ddeb503010ed7966d647522844) which is locked down so the widget would need to be cloned and replaced on the portal. From what I'm seeing of how it is configured, I wouldn't recommend making changes, but this should get you started.
