How to open records from workspace Home to workspace?

I have created a workspace and when I am trying to open any record or list from the workspace Home, it opens/redirects that record or list to core UI.
I want to open the list or record in workspace tab. Can anyone help me achieve this?

I saw similar post few days back as well , in this case 

- Try to repair plugin

- If did not work, log a now support case.
