Hyperlink /Button on Workspace navigation menu

i have 2 ServiceNow instance for each environment. one instance we started using recently and another instance from while ago. in new instance we are not carried all the configurations which we did on the old instance. 

here, i have few list it had some data those list and tables are not available on the new instance., now my end users want the functionality from the new instance they need the hyperlink/button. once user click on the hyperlink or button they will navigate to old instance workspace list. 

for this i created a new navigation menu. once user open the navigation menu they need some abilty to navigate to old instance. 

Ex: when user click on the button/hyperlink on snowdev1 then user will redirect to snowde2, same way in test and stage instances. 

how to  achieve that functionality.

I think it's better you migrate whatever customizations/configurations you did from old to new

I don't think you can navigate like this from workspace
