Inbound actions to create incidents for a specific group

Hello team,

Iam trying to trigger incidents to Service desk as and when the trigger conditions are met. The conditions are Service desk is present in CC,BCC,we no need to trigger the incident. But CC is working fine and BCC is not working.
the conditions are:
receipient contains "service desk"
CC is not "Service desk"

BCC is not "service desk".
Please Assist to get the solution.

Hello @Guptha123 ,

You can try CC does not contain 'service desk' and BCC does not contain 'service desk' can resolve your issue.
