Instance Banner Logo is not getting updated

Hi all,
I was trying to update my instance logo by uploading the System Configuration Banner UI16 column but he logo is not getting reflected on the navbar.
Even I have tries to upload the Image and then add it to system properties>system, it also didn't work.
My instance is domain bases and i am doing on the global level.

Is there anything I am doing wrong. Please guide me.

Sometimes it’s just a cache issue. Try clearing the cache using cache.do, then log out and log back in.”

Thanks Atul for your quick reply but after clearing the cache, still I am not able to see the updated banner logo.

try to upload image again and then do the cache. It is mainly a cache issue.

it might sound silly, buuuuut have you saved it? 😄 I remember my experience uploading a new logo and it was quite difficult in my PDI...

Upload the new logo, then wait until it's fully loaded, fully displayed in the preview and then save it.

When you upload it and save it directly, it was somehow not effective. I don't remember exactly, but cache wasn't the thing, I tried in incognito window and the logo was still not there...

Btw what browser do you use?

EDIT: is your scope set to global? Now when I was simulating it, it made me think it might have been my struggle 😄
