Instance Banner Logo is not getting updated

Hi all,
I was trying to update my instance logo by uploading the System Configuration Banner UI16 column but he logo is not getting reflected on the navbar.
Even I have tries to upload the Image and then add it to system properties>system, it also didn't work.
My instance is domain bases and i am doing on the global level.

Is there anything I am doing wrong. Please guide me.

Thanks but yes, i have saved the logo which I have uploaded. Still no luck.

and your current scope, is it Global??? 😮 

 

Then try different browser, or ask another team member to eliminate the cache option. And if no help, then raise a case at Support Portal:
