Hi @anushkreche ,

Yes, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and especially Generative AI (GenAI) are integral to the ServiceNow platform, powering features such as task automation, agent productivity, predictive maintenance, intelligent customer service, and more recently, autonomous AI Agents that perform complex, goal-oriented tasks. ServiceNow integrates AI throughout its cloud-based Now Platform to enhance workflows and deliver AI-powered experiences across different business functions like IT, customer service, and security

AI is integral part of ServiceNow's roadmap and ServiceNow LLM keeps maturing over time and is definitely better now than before.

Refer below links,

Especially AI Agents and Now Assist for Creator would be helpful that combines AI platform with GenAI capabilities and helps with summarization, Code generation, Spokes generation, Test generation and much more.
