Is it possible to restrict user to manually change their language

I want to know is this doable to make the fields (date and time format, timezone, and language) read only under the language and region section when I click on the user's preferences.  For my client requirement, they do not want the user to manually be able to change to a different language in other words they want to restrict the user to change their language manually. If this is doable explain how exactly it is to be done to make ALL of these three fields read only especially the "language" field. See screenshot attached

I noticed you’ve asked the same question three times, mentioning the client’s need. However, it’s important to understand the purpose of these options. Adding these options provides benefits to the user, and since it’s personalized, no other users will be impacted. It’s better to keep it as is and avoid excessive customization
