I am working on hands-off functionality using below link:

There is a reference to the below url in the above article

But the above article says Knowledge article not found

When I try to access that link as well, I am receiving an error that says I have to log in. But when I log in, the article does not appear. How can I find it?

I am having same issue. Was there any workaround or different KB found?
