Hi Everyone,

Some external user data will be import in ServiceNow via LDAP integration but it is working fine in test and prod instance but not working proper in Dev instance it is creating duplicate multiple user and wrong mapping (like trim email id.first name. last name in "last name" and "name" field) on target (sys_user) table in DEV Instance i have check transform map, data source, LDAP server and source and target mapping in both dev and test instance are same .

Could you please suggest what will be the cause and please find attached screenshot.

I got it @rmaroti

I was talking about full clone of dev from prod - which will also copy your integration, making it same as how it was..

Or best you do it now, copy all the data sources and transform maps, transform entries, scripts and everything from prod to dev, this will overwrite if anything was changed.

Another thing is revert the version to the same that is in prod - for ALL of the mentioned things.

@rmaroti

the users you shown are having empty User ID.

Did you check in the import set table if samaccountname came or not?

If the mappings etc are same then it should work fine in all the instances.

Ensure in your transform map this is unchecked
