MIM Workbench disabling Sections

Hi 

On the Major Incident Management  Workbench , On Summary I have to disable Impacted Services ,Affected CI's, Outages ,Affected Loctaions... We have a UI Page 'workbench' on Major Incident Management  Application , but it is completely read only . How can we make changes to it and what are the major complications  caused after making changes .

The MI Workbench is something where the code is not directly accessible to us, so we cannot make changes to it. Additionally, if you remove these sections, you will likely break the purpose of the MI Workbench. In MI, these sections are even more important.
