In mobile app builder, in order to edit or make any changes, I have to change the scope to the original default scope and I am not able to use my default app scope. Is this behavior correct, I have to understand if this means - 'will all mobile apps need to be built on Now Mobile scope only'
Please share your thoughts.

Hello @Mohammad_Farman
If you are creating any new screens/data streams etc, then you can use any scope, not mandatorily NOW Mobile scope. But if you are updating any existing record, then you will have to use the scope in which that record is, in can be NOW mobile or any other scope.
For example, you have created data stream and screens etc un your scope and want to add that list in existing launcher screen which is in NOW mobile scope, you will need to be update the launcher screen in NOW mobile scope to include your custom screens/updates.
Hope this helps. Let me know for any query.
Thank you,
Ali
