Hello everyone,
We recently cloned our DEV instance, and since then, the self-configured bot in MS Teams has stopped working.
To preserve the MS Teams integration, we used the "Preserve & Exclude" tables mentioned in this KB article: https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB1215939.
Additionally, I did not set `sn_va_teams.exclude_msteamsbot_cleanup_afterclone=true` on either the source or destination instances, and I have a backup of the tables referenced in that same article.
I have reviewed several community resources, but I am unsure which is the most relevant for our situation. Could anyone provide guidance on how to resolve this? Here are the articles I have reviewed so far:

Hi @Chinmay_P
Is it throwing any error. Share it.
Go to Connection and regenerate the token in Dev again.
Ensure Endpoint is non-prod Azure URL.

Hello Tanushree,
Thank you for your help.
I have the XML for the tables mentioned in this article.
Will importing these files resolve the issue?
Additionally, could you elaborate on how to regenerate the token in Dev? Please ensure the endpoint is the non-prod Azure URL.
