Again, for the second time las 5 days, my PDI (Personal Development Instance) is offline, and even after I attempt to start it and click the refresh button, it remains offline. When I try to access it via the URL, a "502 Bad Gateway snow_adc" error appears

PDI Maintenance and Availability
Some PDIs may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance.
If your PDI is currently offline, you can:
-
Wait for maintenance to complete and your instance to become available again.
-
Release your current instance and request a new one. Please note that releasing your instance will permanently delete all data and work stored on it.
As a reminder, PDIs are unsupported development resources and do not have an availability, support, or uptime SLA. We strongly recommend regularly backing up any work you don’t want to lose.

Hi @dineshloyol
Backend maintenance is currently in progress in your PDI, and your instance will be up and running once the maintenance is completed.Wait for the instance till it is up if you do not have any urgent work .
As mentioned in the Community Admin’s response in the : PDI offline thread, the team is proactively coordinating with the PDI team to resolve the issue as soon as possible, given that direct support for PDI is not available.
If you have urgent work, in that case , you can leverage using related Lab instance Else Release your instance and request for new (Australia).

Hi @dineshloyol ,
Yes, based on recent ServiceNow Community discussions, this appears to be a wider PDI infrastructure issue affecting multiple developers.
The ServiceNow Community team has shared clarification from the PDI team that new software installations across the PDI server infrastructure have temporarily caused several instances to go offline. The affected instances will remain unavailable until those installations are completed.
You can refer to these Community discussions where other developers have reported similar PDI offline and 502 Bad Gateway issues:
ServiceNow's PDI documentation also explains that instances may become unavailable during infrastructure maintenance.
Since your PDI has been offline for four days, I would recommend waiting for the PDI team's infrastructure work to complete. Unfortunately, there is no confirmed recovery timeline for your particular instance.
Hopefully, your PDI will be restored soon without losing your existing work.
Hope this helps! If this resolves your issue, please mark the response as helpful and accept it as the solution.
Regards,
