Naming query for Exam Registration

Hi all,

 

Good day. So I am planning to schedule my CAD soon. I came across an incident where a person couldn't sit for the exam as their surname was missing in registration. My government issued IDs only has my first name and not my last name. So I have registered as per that itself, i.e. I have registered my surname as (.). Is there any issue if surname is not there in registration and government issued ID?

 

I have raised a ServiceNow University Case but they take a lot of time to answer as per my previous experiences. I couldn't find any relevant KB article for this. If anyone can share KB article regarding this query would be better.

There is no KB article, but yes, this has been an issue. It’s better to wait for the ServiceNow team to get back, or speak to Pearson Customer Care to get the details clarified.
