Not abe to open dev instance

this is shoeb and i am not able to open my dev instance, i tried catch clear and refreshing instance but still not able to login into it. 

could you help me on this.

When you say not able to open, what screen you are getting? Please share screenshot or 

Go to developer.service-now.com

Login with username /password

There you will see direct link of your instance 

click on that.
