Official permission differences between Enterprise and Starter licenses

Hello,

I'm currently researching ServiceNow licenses for potential future use (we don't have a license yet) and would like to clarify the differences in permissions between the **Enterprise License** and **Starter License**.

 

Specifically, I'm wondering about the scope of access and capabilities granted to each, such as:
 - Whether they allow creating/updating custom tables extended from the Task table.
 - Any restrictions on core features (e.g., workflow, integrations, or admin functions).

 

If anyone has details or official references comparing these licenses, your insights would be greatly appreciated.

Any question related to licenses needs to be directed to the Sales rep. Nobody else can give you an answer that will be 100% correct, because every contract/agreement is different.
