Offline mode in Now Mobile App

I'm trying to configure offline mode in the Now mobile app, but can't find offline mode functionality in the app settings.

Shouldn't the offline mode be visible in the settings even if the offline plugin hasn't been installed yet?

We were looking for the same options in our instance. There was no "SG Offline Support" plugin found. This plugin should be installed via "request plugin" which redirects to HIWAVE request plugin.
