Option to enable proactive triggers not found. Cursor sits and spins.

Installed and activated the Proactive Triggers plugin. Changed the com.glide.cs.advanced-chat-popover system property from False (default) to True. Set my Application Scope to Proactive Triggers. Navigated to Conversational Interfaces > Settings. The cursor sits spinning. The settings page never appears.

Agent Chat is already installed.
The error Appearing in the log as the cursor spins is -

The Virtual Agent, Agent Chat and Sidebar menu options all work. The errors appear and the cursor just spins if General is selected.
