Need Help - cannot get my PDI to work. I have tried logging in on two browsers, used private/incognito mode to rule out any stale cookie issues. Still getting attached image when trying to use it in any way.

Tried to open support ticket, was told this is out of scope for customer admin. Just need to know where I am supposed to go for help with a broken PDI

Hi @Beowulf ,

Do you have app engine studio installed?

Honestly not sure. I thought AES was included with a PDI. So I did not install it myself.

Hi @Beowulf ,

Did you tried hitting the url with your instance name only if not the try once: https://dev196874.service-now.com.

If it is redirecting you to same page then wipe and reset your instance.

Sorry I figured out where to check AES is installed. I show that it is on my developer profile. However - I am going through ServiceNow training and I have a training instance, so maybe it's not letting me use the PDI if I have an active instance in now learning? Main reason I wanted to use the dev instance is because the learning instance expires every 3 days and I can't go straight through the course as I have a day job that I cannot suspend in order to go through this course without stopping along the way to do my sprint work.
