Playbook is keep on loading

Hello,

      I have custom table (X) and custom playbook created for table X. It is working fine in Yokohama release. We have upgraded recently to Zurich patch 4.  We are actually creating a record using playbook record generator only. After upgrade, if we open the playbook and fill the details in record generator step and click on continue, its keep on loading. No record generated at the backend as well as it is not moving to further step in playbook.

       Please help us out ASAP if someone across this issue.

Did you try to clear instance cache using cache.do and then logout and login again?

looks like an upgrade issue

I will recommend raising case with ServiceNow

Hi @dgovindhara 

We faced the same issue a few days ago with Playbook.

1. First, try repairing the plugin.

2. If that doesn’t work, check whether the Playbook plugin needs to be updated.

3. If the issue still persists, log a case with ServiceNow Support.

After updating the plugins, Loading is not happening. But its still not moving forward and also not generating new record
