Record Info in Contextual Side bar

I want the same way to create in my workspace for the record information tab which is in contextual side bar
can anyone pls help on this..

hi @ShaziyaS4380655 sure, it is quite easy in fact, when you are inside your workspace, click create new page, then you need to find the Record page template from the list and simply duplicate it in your workspace.

I hope this is detailed enough for you to make it.

with this i can get by defaukt attachment and agent assist email templste, but not the record iformation.

I just checked and indeed in the SOW they are using a custom component that is is not exposed to users outside ServiceNow: 

I hoped that the standard record page has it by default but it seems, it doesn't. I am afraid you cannot get the record info as per the SOW record page

it depends on how complex is the SOW record page but you can try copying the whole sys_ux_macroponent details (all the JSONs) from the SOW to your record page and hope it works without many adjustments 😄
