Regarding importing data

How can we move dada from one instance to another without import sets manually? Can we just use the instance URL or is there any other way?

Hi @vrushalim20 , 

 

1) For migrating data, you can use XML Export and Import optionsThese are not easy and very complex where the reference data, sys_attachment, sys_audit and other related data should also be transferred, and it will have interdependencies and should be tried and tested on SUBPROD instances before applying this on PROD. failing to transfer this will have orphan data which should be fixed by finding and exporting other dependent data.

 

2) You can clone the data from Prod to all other lower instances.
