regrading rpa hub

this is my latest instance Yokohama in that i  want to plugin rpa hub but i can't install and also i don't know how to doawnlod the rpa desktop is rpa hub only works in utah version? in the latest version its asking the license i don/t have that i need to learn the servicenow rpa so anyone help me out
