I'm using source control to commit changes in dev and install published app in Test. The files deleted from scope appear in Deleted Application File list in metadata. some of those metadata records are deleted. As a result I'm not able to get those files deleted from scope in Test by installing new published version. The files that exists in Test does not exist in dev. How to get those files back in deleted application file list in dev?
