Hello there,

 

Is there a way that I can build search in ServiceNow, anyone has a tutorial on how to build search for like ticket assign to an analyst, ticket still pending etc

Hi @FelixOlanre 

 

We have Global Search, if you put any word it will search in Database ( with selective tables) and show you results. But what you looking is not that easy, you need to create special filter on specific modules for same.
