SNC CLI "The scope is already taken by another application"

Trying to create a component with snc cli but keep getting "scope is already taken by another application"

I've tried to renaming in everyway possible but the issue persist.

Appreciate any help given.

ive also release and recreate instances multiple times and it doesnt work as well
