UI builder not opening any workspaces after upgrade to Xenandu Patch1

Hey, we have recently upgraded to Xenandu Patch1 and since then the UI builder stopped working. 

UI builder is getting opened, however when we try opening CSM/FSCM workspace, it does nothing. 

Tried clearing the cache and tried with different users with no luck. 

Has anyone experienced similar issues with UI builder after upgrade to Xenandu?

Hi @Shanti7 

 

Is it on PDI? If yes then there are many issue has been encountered for Patch 1. Better take a new version work on lower one or try again with new PDI and add patch 1. Sometime patch did not loaded properly and caused  issue also try to repair UI builder plugin.

Hi,

We have the same problem. Waiting for ServiceNow to provide a solution, Did you get any fix from ServiceNow

Together with SN support we found out that @devsnc/uibtk-api needed to be reverted/repaired. After we did that the UI builder worked again
