UI builder not opening any workspaces after upgrade to Xenandu Patch1

Hey, we have recently upgraded to Xenandu Patch1 and since then the UI builder stopped working. 

UI builder is getting opened, however when we try opening CSM/FSCM workspace, it does nothing. 

Tried clearing the cache and tried with different users with no luck. 

Has anyone experienced similar issues with UI builder after upgrade to Xenandu?

I have the same Issue We have open a ticket with SN, A work around I found to make it open and do modification, Change the active flag to false or if you have audience on you page you can remove them
