Unable to attend CAD Exam

I try to attend the exam ,Pearson executive said that please exit  because of video was not recording well but  after I try to  start exam with same access code but the platform still not opening and show that exam time line was ended  my exam time is 5pm on 21-01-2026

Hi @aparnasri,

When you refer to time, perhaps you should also define what time zone 5PM in New Zealand isn't the same as 5PM in Canada 😛

Anyways it's most likely passed anyways...  I believe that the best what you can do is to create a case at the SN University, click Create case on the right side.

Explain your situation. If your exam hasn't started then it shall hopefully be possible to get a new date, if it has started then it might be problematic, but let's hope for the best and wait for the response in the case.
