Unable to complete lab-instances

Hi there! This is my first time posting on here, so I hope that I am able to express properly what the current issue is!
I am presently doing the on-demand course for System Admin and I am having a BEAR of a time with my lab-instances. Whether I am unable to "wake up" my instance or unable to extend my lab instance. But now, I am running into the issue where I am trying to do the portion of my lab instance where I am required to reach out to a "virtual agent" to change my password. Unfortunately, for the last 2 weeks, I am unable to change the password as the agent say that it's having technical issues and cannot process my request at this time. I have tried different browser, tried to do the task first thing in the morning, mid-afternoon, and the evening.
Has anyone else had this issue? I have reached out to the help desk and created a case, but if there is another way to work around this, I'd love to know. I feel like the lab instances are holding me back (70% of the time) to finish this course...

Hi,
It's unfortunate to hear that you're having trouble with that. It is good to see though that you've already reached out to the Now Learning support team via case submission.
My personal recommendation would be to just skip past this and go to the knowledge article directly that is mentioned, rate it the 5 stars, leave a comment, etc. like it's asking.
I feel doubtful that the task validator will check if you actually went to VA for that and instead is probably really only checking if you reviewed the article, rated it, then left a comment, etc.

You already logged case and need to wait. Look like the instance has issue and may be you can try to repair the virtaul agent plugin once, also for time, you can skip this and go to next step.
