Unable to get the value of assigned_to field in the Fix Script

I have created u_custom_app table which is extending task table. 

I am unable to get the value of assigned_to field by gliding u_custom_app table in the Fix Script.

I tried to use getValue('assigned_to'), getDisplayValue('assigned_to') and gr.assigned_to but none of it is working.
