unable to Submit deployment Request

I am not able to submit Delpoyment getting below Error How to solve that?

@Chandrakanthred - Can you please confirm whether you have the Environment, Pipeline and Pipeline order is configured.

yes I configured everything in Prod and validated  all crediantilas looks fine  still seeing same error but I have a Doubt do i need to configure same in dev ,uat as well or do not require.

@Chandrakanthred - RequestAuthService is a protected scoped script include and this is invoked in the script include called "PipelineRunnerUtils".  You may need to repair the Pipeline application or Submit a case to ServiceNow support team. 

As it's a Private application scope related issue, Would recommend submit a case to Support team.

Seems your credentials are not working.

Did you check before starting the deployment process?
