Virtual Agent Simulator - Create a new NLU Model in the CD NLU scope

I am stuck in this. Can you guide me over this

Application Scopes (on the header menu) > Application Scope: Global > New > CD NLU - Your name and today's date > Create > Validate Task.

I changed it to Global and created one

Then changed it to CD NLU and created another model

Then it worked and validate button worked.
