Want to build an Hyperlink (URL) in email script for Group approval

Hi All,

I have a notification on Group approval table and whenever there is Group approval triggered I'm sending this Group approval notification to the Group members.

Issue : In the Notification body I should add a Hyperlink to open the Approval record for him (whoever clicking on the link)

@Ankur Bawiskar How to add a link to open the Approval record of current User for Group Approval. Any Idea on this?

out of the box when approval record is inserted it sends out email with Approve or Reject option
