We would like to trigger whenever LDAP or Data source is failed to connect with Server. 
is there any why to achieve it?

it could be triggered by a flow, a business rule, or a scheduled job.. but I miss some context and details on what exactly would be the ambition. (no guarantee as not sure what's required)

 

Can you provide more description on the expected trigger?
