What condition I need to put under data filtration

Hi Everyone,

One Use case (It need to be done from Data filtration)
If I want to see only the incidents records whose assignment group is Hardware (If I am one of the user from Hardware group then I should able to see only the records whose assignment group is Hardware)

Hi @Utsav JAISWAL ,

Notice that data filtration rule is ment to be the other way around. Basic, data filtration rule give access to tickets based on data within the records - it doesn't deny access to all records except those mentioned in records.
