Hi @Utsav JAISWAL
The Kanban board is a visual tool in ServiceNow that allows you to manage and track work at various stages of a process using cards and columns.
here's how you can use a Kanban board in the Visual Task Board (VTB) :
1. Navigate to Visual Task Boards from the left-hand navigation pane in ServiceNow.
2. Click on the 'New' button to create a new board.
3. Select 'Kanban' as the board type.
4. In the 'Table' field, select the table from which you want to pull records. This could be any table in ServiceNow, such as Incident, Problem, Change, etc.
5. In the 'Filter' field, define the criteria for the records you want to display on the board. For example, you might want to display only open incidents assigned to a particular group.
6. In the 'Group by' field, select the field by which you want to group the records. This will create the columns on your Kanban board. For example, you might want to group incidents by their state (New, In Progress, Resolved, etc.).
7. In the 'Order by' field, select the field by which you want to order the records within each column. This could be by priority, assignment group, etc.
8. Click 'Save' to create the board.
9. You can now drag and drop records between columns to update their 'Group by' field. For example, you can move an incident from the 'New' column to the 'In Progress' column to update its state.
