I recently completed my doctorate on the topic of the Metaverse. While studying and researching different industries, I gained a lot of insights about this era.

In my view, virtual experiences are going to transform industries. Today, the focus is largely on apps—everyone is building different applications. To enhance the user experience, VR is moving in the right direction. However, the challenge is that integrating AR/VR with existing apps is not easy, and user expectations are evolving toward more immersive experiences, like touch and feel.

Additionally, due to cyberattacks and financial fraud, payment gateways are also facing increasing challenges.
