When getting a follow notification, open CSM cases in a specific workspace by default

Hi, 

 

We are using the follow functionality in the CSM workspace. When the followed case changes we have setup a provider notification.
The problem i have is that when i get a notification bell light up in the top right corner that a followed case has changed i click it and then it opens the case in the native ui. I would like it so that the case always opens in our CSM workspace. How can i solve this?

Hi @Noel6 

When you will create the notification from 

Navigate to System Notification > Provider > Notifications

Select the provider content record and check theContent Type. Select Workspace There.
