Which step of ATF can be used to validate the field values of the service portal screen?

Hi @zx ,

If you want to validate a particular field value visibility on portal or any custom screen you can go with Assert Text on Page (Custom UI)

You can statically provide a value & this step will check whether the value provided is visible on the screen or not.

Additional documentation & steps on How to use Assert Text on Page (Custom UI) 

• If a timeout is specified, the Client Test Runner will check for the presence or absence of the text every second until the timeout has been reached.
• In order to use this step you must have already opened a custom UI page. This step can be used in any order with the "Set Component Values" and "Component Value Validation" steps.
• To assert the value of inputs, use the "Component Value Validation" step.

Also please consider that for the Assert Text on Page (Custom UI) to work your previous step must be Open Service Portal Page from where you need to define the portal,page & query parameters as below
