Workspace record not opening from list

I have created a new workspace , and i added the Recruitment Request in the list view , but the record is not opening when tried via list view , can anyone help me with that?
and also the new button is also not working

Along with the list page a Record page needs to be created(Standard Record template) to open the record from the list view as well as the New button.
