Clarification on Issue Closure Behavior After Re-Attestation with “Not Applicable” response

Hi Everyone,

I have a query regarding the control attestation workflow. If a control has an existing open issue and the user sends the control back to Draft and reattests it, and the new attestation response is Not Applicable, will the system treat the control as not requiring an issue and automatically close the existing issue based on the “Not Applicable” response?  If yes, Is this the OOTB system behavior?
