If you're looking to hide these, it's not advisable and could negatively impact the user experience.

You have to edit your dashboard page in the ui builder. 

 

Open UI builder -> Go to experience -> Search your workspace -> open your dashboard page

PS: If your dashboard is OOB, duplicate the page and update the lower order
