Hi @AnandakumarS237

Personal Developer Instances (PDIs) are free, limited-resource sandboxes  which you can explore.

e.g Any AI feature (Now Assist , Agentic AI) you can not explore there.

PDI  is reclaimed (terminated/reset) if they remain inactive for a period of 10 days.

Again  for lots of Servicenow Courses in Servicenow University ( onDemand/Simulator, Instance is provided by ServiceNow.

There specific plugin is already installed (course wise). That also you can utilize for specific learning.

Hey @AnandakumarS237 ,

Just PDI it, Your best friend!

For making real progress, imho, Try PDI weekly for atleast 3 sessions of whatever you consider as deepwork (imo 3hr per session), also some nice info already given by many fellow learners here.

Happy Learning!
