upgrade instance version

Hi Team,
I have admin credentials i need to update from Xanadu version to Yakohama version. I don't have any support portal access, HI portal and developer portal. just, we have admin password and user Id. I need to update the version in instance only.

Hi @saikumarkak
Are you referring to PDI? If yes, then go to developer.servicenow.com.

Click on your profile on the right side.

On the left side, you’ll see the option Upgrade Instance.

Pick the latest version from there and click OK.
If it’s not PDI, then you need support portal access to schedule the instance. If you don’t have access, ask your client.

Hello @saikumarkak,
Just follow the steps below:
1) Go to the link : developer.servicenow.com
2) Log in to your account
3) Click on your profile
4) Click on upgrade instance
5) Click Yokohama
6) And click on Upgrade instance, it will take some time.
