Would you like to develop your own app? Do you want to know where to start and how to do it?
This is in response to the #BuildWithAES Challenge from ServiceNow, to show how easy it is to create an app in ServiceNow using its user-friendly, low-code AES encryption (App Engine Studio).
The user is led from one step to the next in a friendly manner by the interface, which is fairly intuitive.
Technical questions can be answered in great detail by the learning module in now learning as well as the documents on the ServiceNow website and community.
For the #BuildWithAES Challenge, I developed a simple application called Employee Certification Reimbursement that enables users to request reimbursement for their certification-related costs.
My Application with ServiceNow AES: Employee Certification Reimbursement
Process:
By providing certification reimbursement to your employees, you demonstrate your appreciation for their loyalty to your business and their desire to advance their skill sets.
A request must be created by an employee for certification reimbursement.
The requester will be informed that your request has been raised when a request is created. If the request is approved or rejected, the requester will be notified.
Following request submission, HR Group will be informed of the request and that their approval is needed. Once the HR Group approves the request, the request will automatically be assigned to the Certification Assessment team.

It took me less than an hour to create this app. This represents a significant advancement over the ServiceNow platform. I had a lot of fun with App Engine Studio. It's a huge time saver!! This is my submission to the #BuildWithAES challenge.
Thank you for reading the blog and please share your thoughts/suggestions if you have any.
