Dashboard changes in scoped applications

Dear community members,

We are having some issues in including or pushing dashboard related changes as part of our application updates to other environments. We found this document about it, but related to using update sets (not scoped apps).

https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/orlando-performance-analytics-and-reporting/page/use/performance-...

So, how to make sure that all dashboard related changes are recorded as application files in a scoped application and applied to target instances via updates?

Best Regards,

Mikko Juola

ps. we also found this old community posting on reporting community, but it's already 2 years old and the answers are just referring to that same docs page linked above:

Hi,

the same should work in scoped application as well; if that dashboard is created in your scope you can unload it so that it gets captured in update set

Mark Correct if this solves your issue and also mark 👍 Helpful if you find my response worthy based on the impact.
Thanks
Ankur

Hi Ankur,

OK, that's how it should be, but we seem to have some issues with it and we are now investigating this with HI support staff.

Hi,

Do let us know what the issue was so that it would be helpful
