Our company developed an application platform that helps to elevate the customer support experience by providing solutions to support managers and agents that are working with Service now CRM. We are looking for a way to publish our solution on the Service Now store, so the Service now users can benefit from getting the solution overview and relevant links to sign up for the demo and additional information. Since this is an external application that requires integration and doesn't have an "install button", we are looking for marketing content publishing only. I can't find a relevant source of information for what will be the process of submitting this type of integration "app" to the store.
Can somebody please share with me the link to the relevant guide
Thank you
Tali

Thank you, Mahendra, I want to be very clear that the only thing we want to publish in the Service Now store is the marketing content. It's not an app that the user can install directly, no need for any Service now code or APIs. We are only looking for the ability to publish our app name, logo, application screenshots, written details and links to our website. Nothing more. No need to test anything.
So when I read through the link you provided and I see in step 2 "select your application" I don't understand what I will be selecting.
I just want to be respectful of our time and efforts, so we can go in the right direction.
Please help me to better understand the process and what more than ServiceNow App store page content is needed in our case.
Thank you
Tali

Hello Tali,
As far I know, no one can publish their app directly without getting it certified from ServiceNow. ServiceNow will provide you a vendor instance where you have to move your application and the run certification self-test. Then you have to fix warning or error if you get any after running certifcation self-test.
It is not like we create an application and we can then publish it to ServiceNow store. ServiceNow team will verify your application from security/best practice point of view and then only I think you can publish your application once it is certified. I would suggest you to check once with ServiceNow Account manager once.
Thanks.

Do I really need to certify something for this?
Thank you
